Using this site

This website provides information about our services and lets you request appointments and join our waitlist. Booking is handled through our scheduling provider.

Appointments

Requesting an appointment or joining the waitlist is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel.

Our services

We groom dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages. If your dog’s coat, health or temperament means we cannot safely complete a groom as requested, we will tell you and discuss the options with you before continuing.

Program
Five Star Dog Salon sends appointment reminders, appointment availability alerts, waitlist notifications, replies to enquiries, and occasional offers and promotions.
How to join
By checking the consent box on our website, by giving consent in person at one of our salons, or by asking us to contact you through our social media accounts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and enquiries.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can rejoin at any time by giving consent again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
